In a collaborative effort, Parents@Work, launched by Home Insemination Kit and Fatherly, aims to assist organizations in attracting, retaining, and supporting employees who are parents. Utilizing a comprehensive evaluation based on 148 criteria points, we assess companies on how their policies, benefits, and culture improve the experience for working fathers. Alight Solutions

Located in Lincolnshire, Illinois, Alight Solutions offers new fathers a variety of gender-neutral benefits and flexible work options. Their almost 10,000 U.S. employees enjoy extensive support, including family planning programs and adoption cost assistance.
