Boulder Police have identified the officer who lost his life in a tragic shooting at a grocery store: Officer David Carter. The mass shooting occurred at a King Soopers in Boulder, Colorado, resulting in the deaths of ten individuals, including Officer Carter, who had dedicated 11 years to the Boulder Police Department.
