In a flea market in Mississippi, a stunning replica of the Rosebud Motel from Schitt’s Creek has been created with incredible detail. Since Dan and Eugene Levy introduced Schitt’s Creek to audiences, fans have been eager to replicate the iconic show sets. From a mini Rosebud Motel in Seattle to a dad in Canada constructing the entire town of Schitt’s Creek with his child’s toys, the fandom has shown immense creativity. However, a flea market called The Lucky Rabbit in Hattiesburg, Mississippi, has taken the crown with their extremely accurate rendition of the Rosebud Motel, which could easily serve as the filming location for a new season.

The Lucky Rabbit has brought a slice of Schitt’s Creek to the South with their Roseburg Motel, cleverly named in homage to Hattiesburg. While it’s located far from the Canadian inspiration, the Roseburg Motel is an uncanny reproduction of the Rosebud Motel from the beloved sitcom.
