Jenna Carter is a puberty specialist, author, and podcaster dedicated to guiding adults through the uncertainties of parenting while uplifting the young people in their lives. She pens personal essays for Home Insemination Kit, exploring the delightful and chaotic journey of raising tweens and teens.

Jenna is the co-author of This Is So Awkward: Modern Puberty Explained (releasing October 2023 from Penguin Random House), co-host of The Puberty Podcast, and serves as President of Content at Order of Magnitude, a leading brand committed to promoting positive conversations around puberty.

As the founder of Dynamo Kid, an initiative focused on bolstering children’s self-esteem through sports and puberty education, Jenna also leads Conversations on Parenting and Beyond at the Marlene Meyerson JCC Manhattan. She shares insights about parenting tweens and teens through her Uncertain Parenting Newsletter.

A proud graduate of Wellesley College, Jenna also holds a Master’s degree in Jewish History.
