Katherine Martinez is the Senior Editor for Personal Stories at Home Insemination Kit. In her role, she curates first-person essays focused on parenting. Katherine holds a BFA in Painting and Drawing, with a minor in Creative Writing, from The State University of New York at New Paltz. She began her blogging journey in 2004 (an original blogger!) showcasing her writing and design talents, which led to her being recognized by House & Garden magazine (now defunct), where she became their first online editor.
