I can’t believe this website would actually publish an article that I didn’t even take the time to read. Seriously, just glancing at the title is enough for me to know that it’s not worth my time, and, believe me, I’m pretty knowledgeable about this topic.
I refuse to click on this sensationalist clickbait. I already know all the reasons it’s problematic. And honestly, I’m not even bothered by the fact that I’m essentially arguing against my own points since I’m sure this article covers everything I’m about to rant about. No irony detected here!
I’ve seen some of the comments, too—some I agree with and others that make me want to pull my hair out. Honestly, some of these folks probably shouldn’t even be parents based on their comments! I’m basing that on just a few lines they wrote, and I’m totally fine getting a bit worked up about it!!! More exclamation points!!
Sure, I’ve got a lot of stress in my life right now and I’ve been looking for a place to vent my frustration, but that has nothing to do with this perfectly reasonable outrage about an article that I’m pretty sure is total junk!! I’m definitely going to unfollow this page, though I’ll have to stick around for a bit longer to get into it with some of the commenters. Again, this has nothing to do with the fact that the world feels like it’s on fire or that I might have some unresolved anger management issues!
