As the summer draws to a close, I find myself preparing for a new school year. Yesterday, I dedicated time to finalize my welcome letters for the incoming kindergarten class. With each letter, I personalized it with the names of my students, believing that a handwritten note adds a special touch of warmth. While I reveled in thoughts of the adventures awaiting us, my heart also ached for those little ones who are meant to join us but unfortunately cannot.
I want to extend a heartfelt welcome to these children, even if only in spirit. So, I’ve composed a special letter for them.
