Collins also revealed that a week after her complaint, the club’s owner reached out to her, indicating they were skeptical of her account. “Adam called to get a second opinion on him because they didn’t trust my story,” she explained. “They were more concerned about their famous patrons than the safety of women.”
The Cloak and Dagger Club was shuttered in January after multiple women came forward with allegations of sexual misconduct against its ownership and clientele. Many accusations were directed at Adam Bravin, who allegedly exploited his position to flirt with staff and create a hostile work environment. In a statement to the LA Times, Bravin acknowledged his ignorance regarding the power dynamics at play and admitted that his flirtatious communication could have been inappropriate.
While Middleditch is the only celebrity named in the club’s allegations, the investigation has highlighted the troubling patterns of behavior among other unnamed prominent members. As of now, Middleditch has not publicly commented on the accusations.
