Recently, I took a quick trip to New York to promote my book and film a segment for a talk show hosted by Bethany. The timing was ideal as I desperately needed a night of uninterrupted sleep away from my husband’s snoring and a much-needed haircut (thanks to the talented team at Ouidad).

The fact that it was real was confirmed when I saw the audience get into it.
Unexpected Encounters
Later, I unexpectedly encountered a star from the reality series “Real Housewives of New Jersey,” and I couldn’t help but mention that she appeared much shorter in person. I’m sure she loved hearing that! To balance it out, I also commented on her youthful appearance, which perhaps made up for my initial observation.
A Comical Train Ride
On the train ride back, I found myself in a comical predicament as I struggled to remove eyelash extensions that had been painstakingly applied. At least I had the consolation of smelling good!
